Before you plan your escape we need to make you aware of a few key points.

• Due to the way we operate as a small business your purchase is non-refundable & if you decide to cancel there will be no refund issued.
• If you would like to amend your booking date, requests must be sent as soon as possible by email to bookings@bedfordescaperooms.co.uk, depending on the notice given there may be a charge, for full details please see our terms and conditions.
  
• All participants must arrive 15 minutes prior to your escape start time. Unfortunately, if you arrive late we may need to reduce your 60 minute game time to allow adequate time to prepare and clean your room for future customers. 
• Advisable entry into the Saw Room is 18+ or 16+ accompanied by an adult escapee.
• Advisable entry into The Lab is 16+ or 14-15 accompanied by an adult on-site or 12-13 accompanied by an adult escapee.
• Advisable entry into The Murder Scene is 16+ or 14-15 accompanied by an adult on-site or 12-13 accompanied by an adult escapee.
• Junior prices are for individuals under 16
• Senior prices are for individuals 65+
• If you have selected the Bedford Escape RUM Experience please note photo ID will be required for proof of age, without this we will not be able to serve you - please don't forget!
• Please ensure you advise staff of any medical conditions when you arrive, some of our rooms use flashing lights, we can accommodate requests to remove this aspect of the rooms, please notify a staff member when arriving if this is required. 
• Please pay close attention to ensure you have booked the correct time and date, you should recieve your confirmation email immediately after booking, please check this
